AVAS TV provides subscribers with access to a streaming platform that aggregates publicly available content sources. We offer on-demand movie and series streaming, along with free live TV channels, through our application.
Important: AVAS TV does not host, produce, own, or distribute any video content. All movies, series, and live TV channels accessible through our platform are sourced exclusively from publicly available streams and third-party sources that are openly accessible on the internet.
All TV channels and media streams provided through the AVAS TV platform are publicly available from their respective broadcasters and sources. AVAS TV acts solely as an aggregator providing organised access to these publicly available streams. No content is stored on AVAS TV's servers.
Because all sources are publicly available, AVAS TV cannot be held liable for any content displayed, nor can any legal action be brought against AVAS TV in relation to the availability, nature, or legality of any content accessible through the platform. Any claims related to content must be directed to the original content source or broadcaster.
AVAS TV reserves the right to remove access to any stream or channel at any time without notice, and is not responsible for content being removed, altered, or made unavailable by the original source.
All payments are made in advance for the selected subscription period. Refunds may be considered if account access is not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment, or if a verified technical fault on our end prevents access for more than 48 continuous hours. Refunds are not provided for change of mind or for content unavailability caused by third-party sources.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated without refund for sharing credentials with others, attempting to resell or redistribute access, providing false registration information, or making fraudulent payments.
AVAS TV's total liability to any subscriber is limited to the amount paid for the active subscription period. We are not liable for content availability, quality variations, or changes made by third-party stream sources. We make no guarantees about the continuous availability of any specific channel or title.
AVAS TV reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
